The Art of Contouring

I think contouring is something a lot of people swear by but also the step a lot of people avoid. I know for me, when I first started with the whole makeup shenanigan, the thought of contouring was kinda intimidating. There was the fear of looking muddy, looking orange or having a too shimmery bronzer. 

L'Oreal True Reds

When I saw these on their website I kinda squealed. Red lipstick is my weakness, add the amazing packaging and I'm sold! So of course I popped down to boots and there they were, sold out. But my hunt didn't finish there. Anyway I ended up being able to get two, and probably the ones I would have gone for. Blake's Red and Eva's Red.

Autumnal Lips

Autumn has well and truly come and by that I mean it's blumming freezing. But Autumn is by far my favourite season for anything fashion or beauty related so here are my autumnal lipstick favourites! And quite surprisingly they're not all red!

Seventeen Define & Conquer

So this is new. I hadn't heard anything about it and I happened to be scrolling through the boots website when I saw this and I'm guessing it was the day or so that it came out because it was sold out in every shade. Anyway so I assumed my local boots would probably have some and I'd check the next time I was in town. Low and behold, no they didn't. Long story short my other local boots did but this one was the last one so it seems like they are really selling well.

Essence Lip Liners

Lip Liner. It's nothing I've ever been fussed about. I don't tend to use lip liners, even with red lipsticks but when the Essence stand was added to my local Wilkinsons, for some reason, I decided to pick up two of their lip liners. And I'm now hooked.
